# Retry the failed legs

`POST /api/v2/itineraries/{externalId}/build/retry`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.endlesstravelplans.com`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

On a partial multi-city build, queues the legs that failed again (the "Retry failed cities" button). The
owner only; a build with nothing failed answers 409.

## Query parameters

- `buildId` string: A particular build; the latest when left out.

## Other responses

- `401`: unauthenticated: No valid bearer token was sent.
- `404`: not_found: The record does not exist or the caller may not know it exists.

- `429`: rate_limited: A throttle or a per-account allowance refused the request; `retry_after` or `remaining` may be present.
- `500`
