# Register

`POST /api/v1/auth/register`

## Request

Create a new user account and receive an API token.

## Request body

- object
  - `first_name` string, required: The user's first name.
  - `last_name` string, required: The user's last name.
  - `email` string, required: The user's email address.
  - `password` string, required: The password (min 8 chars).
  - `marketing_consent` boolean
  - `timezone` string, nullable: Must not be greater than 64 characters.
  - `referral_code` string, nullable: Must not be greater than 32 characters.
  - `partner_code` string, nullable: A partner code typed in the app. Unknown, inactive or own codes are ignored.
  - `password_confirmation` string, required: Must match password.
