# Check whether an email may register another kit

`GET /api/v4/users-orders/can-register`

Unauthenticated pre-check for concurrent kit registration limits. Keyed by email (supports no-login registration). Active kits are counted from RS (patient-global). Feature evaluation uses the request site organization. Advisory only — POST /register re-enforces the limit.

## Query parameters

- `email` string, email, required: Patient email used for registration

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- ConcurrentKitLimitResultSchema: Result of evaluating concurrent kit registration limits for a user. ``max_active_kits`` is null when the entitlement is disabled/missing (unlimited). When enabled, it is the configured cap (default 1).
  - `can_register` boolean, required
  - `active_count` integer, required
  - `max_active_kits` integer, nullable

- `422`: Validation Error
