Start Google OAuth consent (Calendar, offline access) for the authenticated coach.
We operate in popup mode only: we encode the FE origin (when available) into
`state` together with `popup=1`. The callback will notify the opener via
postMessage and close the popup. No FE redirects are performed by the server.
