# Create a superpanel with its child panels

`POST /api/v3/admin/test-panel/superpanels`

Create a superpanel (a parent panel plus one child panel per device).

Inputs:
    data: Organization, parent name, collection method and the children
        (name, sample type, backup devices, tests).
Output:
    The created superpanel with its device count, tests and children.
    Raises 400 when a superpanel rule is broken and 409 when a concurrent
    request created the same organization and display name first.
