# Get latest conversation for form

`GET /api/agents/forms/{formId}/conversations/latest`

Gets the most recent conversation for the specified form for the current user.

## Path parameters

- `formId` integer, required

## Response `200`

Latest conversation retrieved successfully.

- GetLatestConversationResponse
  - `conversationId` integer
  - `agentId` integer
  - `createdAt` string, date-time
  - `lastModified` string, date-time
  - `resultJson` string, nullable

## Other responses

- `401` — Unauthorized
- `403` — Forbidden
