# Create Watch

`POST /v2/watch`

## Request

Create a watcher (201). Gates first: nothing is persisted until the plan
gate AND the SSRF screen pass, so a 402/4xx leaves zero rows behind.

- WatchCreateRequest: Create one watcher (POST /v2/watch, Task I.2).
  - `url` string, required: The page to monitor.
  - `frequency_minutes` integer: Minutes between checks. Hourly floor: minimum 60.
  - `diff_mode` 'auto' | 'text' | 'structured' | 'tables' | 'metadata'
  - `track_fields` object, nullable: Optional field/selector subset to track (Task I.3).
  - `webhook_url` string, nullable: Optional change-notification webhook (delivery in I.4).
  - `notify_email` boolean
