Proxy file download from DO Spaces through the API.
Avoids CORS issues and prevents auto-download with garbled filenames
by setting Content-Disposition: inline with the correct filename.

Streams the object through in ~64KB chunks: buffering the whole file
(up to the 150MB Business ceiling) held the entire payload in the heap
for the whole client transfer — a slow client pinned it for minutes —
and glibc kept the freed pages afterwards (2026-07-28 memory incident).
