    - `serial_number` string, nullable: 'AirScrubber''s manufacturer unique serial number. This value would be formatted to remove leading and trailing whitespace. Empty strings or strings containing only whitespace would be treated as 'null'.
    - `status` 'available': 'available' status: Optionally specify a 'status' of 'available' to remove the air scrubber from any claim that it might currently be working on. The air scrubber's 'property_claim_id' will be set to null.

  - `supported_air_scrubber_id` integer, required: 'SupportedAirScrubber' ID
  - `manufacturer` string, required: 'AirScrubber' manufacturer
  - `model` string, required: 'AirScrubber' model
  - `serial_number` string, nullable, required: 'AirScrubber''s manufacturer unique serial number. This value would be formatted to remove leading and trailing whitespace. Empty strings or strings containing only whitespace would be treated as 'null'.
  - `is_rental` boolean, required: Whether or not the 'AirScrubber' is a rental
  - `asset_identifier` string, required: 'AirScrubber' asset identifier
  - `status` 'available' | 'active' | 'retired', required: Air scrubber status
  - `property_claim_id` integer, nullable, required: Id of the claim the air scrubber is currently working on (if applicable.)
