Enriched CSV with emission factor columns. Delimiter (comma, semicolon, tab) is detected from the header; the ZIP and kWh columns are detected by name (X-kWh-Column-Detected header).

## Other responses

- `400`: No CSV, or no ZIP column
- `413`: Over 1 MB
