# Size the next outbound step (read-only)

`POST /autopilot/scale-plan`

## Request

Sizes what to ADD to a workspace that already sends: domains, mailboxes, sending volume, prospects, and the cost of the addition at STANDARD prices. The launch intro offer is once per workspace and was spent on the first order, so nothing here is ever quoted at intro prices; prices come from the plan rows the invoice would be raised against. Buying the step is POST /autopilot/runs with scaleRun true, which still parks at the human approval gate. Creates nothing.

## Request body

- ModelsScalePlanRequest
  - `monthlyBudgetCents` integer: MonthlyBudgetCents sizes a CUSTOM plan. Ignored by the other presets.
  - `preset` string, required: Preset is DOUBLE, TRIPLE or CUSTOM. CUSTOM requires MonthlyBudgetCents.

## Response `200`

The sized step

- ModelsScalePlanResponse
  - `addDomains` integer: What would actually be bought.
  - `addMailboxes` integer
  - `credits` integer: Credits is the wallet allowance those prospects consume.
  - `currentDomains` integer: CurrentDomains and CurrentMailboxes are what the workspace runs today: the distinct domains its connected mailboxes sit on, and their count.
  - `currentMailboxes` integer
  - `feasible` boolean: Feasible is false when the step adds nothing; the cost fields are 0 then.
  - `monthlyCostCents` integer: MonthlyCostCents is the recurring cost of the ADDED mailboxes only.
  - `monthlySends` integer: MonthlySends and ProspectsPerMonth are what the TARGET setup supports at the same daily limits. Arithmetic on the sending assumptions, never a promise about replies.
  - `notes` string[]
  - `oneTimeCostCents` integer: OneTimeCostCents is the one-off cost: new domain registrations plus one setup fee per new mailbox.
  - `preset` string
  - `prospectsPerMonth` integer
  - `targetDomains` integer: The setup after the step.
  - `targetMailboxes` integer

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid request body or unknown preset
- `401`: Unauthorized - invalid or missing API key
