# Get all current categories

`GET /criteria/categories`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://aml-api.elliptic.co/v3`
- URL: `https://aml-api.elliptic.co/v3/criteria/categories`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `x-access-key` and API key in header `x-access-sign` and API key in header `x-access-timestamp`

Get all current categories

## Response `200`

Array of Category objects

- Category[]
  - `id` string, UUIDv4: UUIDv4 identifier of the rule
  - `history_id` string, UUIDv4: UUIDv4 identifier of the first version of the category. If the category has never been updated, will be equal to id
  - `name` string: the name of the category

## Other responses

- `401`: Not authenticated
- `403`: Not authorized
- `404`: Categories not found
- `500`: Server Error
