# Bulk update workflow status

`POST /customers/workflow_status`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://aml-api.elliptic.co/v2`
- URL: `https://aml-api.elliptic.co/v2/customers/workflow_status`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `x-access-key` and API key in header `x-access-sign` and API key in header `x-access-timestamp`

The customers must all exist & belong to the team of the authenticated user.

Currently the only states are 'Active' and 'Archived'. Transitions both ways are allowed.

## Request body

- object
  - `customer_ids` string[], required: the customer id(s) to update
  - `workflow_status` 'active' | 'archived': new workflow status ('active', 'archived'). Replaces old.
  - `waitForSearchSync` boolean: if false, skip waiting for the analysis search index to update

## Response `204`

Customer successfully updated

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request, e.g. invalid `customer_ids`
- `401`: Not authenticated
- `403`: Not authorized
- `500`: Server Error
