# Bulk update investigator ID

`POST /customers/investigator`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://aml-api.elliptic.co/v2`
- URL: `https://aml-api.elliptic.co/v2/customers/investigator`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `x-access-key` and API key in header `x-access-sign` and API key in header `x-access-timestamp`

The customers & investigator_id must all exist & belong to the team of the authenticated user.

## Request body

- object
  - `customer_ids` string[], required: the customer id(s) to update
  - `investigator_id` string, NullableUUIDv4, nullable, required: new investigator id (can be null). Replaces old.

## Response `204`

Customers successfully updated

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request, e.g. invalid `customer_id`
- `401`: Not authenticated
- `403`: Not authorized
- `500`: Server Error
