`POST /api/agents/{agentId}/worlds`

Create a new world for a specific agent

## Path parameters

- `agentId` string, uuid, required

## Request body

  - `sourceType` string: Type of source (e.g., discord, telegram)
  - `sourceId` string: Platform-specific identifier
  - `metadata` object: Additional world metadata
