# List residents for a property

`GET /v1/property/{property_id}/residents`

Returns a paginated list of residents for a property.

## Path parameters

- `property_id` string, required

## Query parameters

- `limit` integer: Number of residents to return (max 500)
- `offset` integer: Number of residents to skip

  - `id` string, required: Unique identifier for the resident (UUID)
  - `first_name` string, required: Resident's first name
  - `middle_name` string: Resident's middle name
  - `last_name` string, required: Resident's last name
  - `email` string: Resident's primary email address
  - `phone_numbers` PhoneNumber[]: List of resident's phone numbers
    - `type` 'CELL' | 'HOME' | 'WORK' | 'FAX' | 'OTHER', required: Phone number types
    - `number` string, required: Phone number in E.164 format
    - `is_primary` boolean: Whether this is the primary contact number
  - `created_at` string, date-time, required: When this resident record was created
  - `created_by` string, required: ID of user or system that created this record
  - `updated_at` string, date-time, required: When this resident record was last modified
  - `updated_by` string, required: ID of user or system that last updated this record
  - `deleted_at` string, date-time: When this resident was soft-deleted (null if active)

- `404`: Not found
- `422`: Validation Error
