# Best View Prices (BVP)

This endpoint retrieves Best View Prices data for settlement periods. Results can be filtered by start date, end date, and run type.
            
Best View Prices provide indicative prices for a settlement period and are published following the relevant Settlement Day.
The data is updated from Tuesday to Saturday, with the latest available data provided on Mondays.
            
Best View Prices are intended to be available at least seven days before the Interim Information (II) Settlement Run for the relevant settlement period.
            
For dates prior to 2nd April 2020, only data with run types BM and DF is available.
