# Remove Voice From Collection

`DELETE /v1/voices/collections/{collection_id}/voice/{voice_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.elevenlabs.io` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Removes a voice from a voice collection. The voice itself is not deleted. Requires editor access to the collection.

## Path parameters

- `collection_id` string, required: Collection ID.
- `voice_id` string, required: Voice ID to be used, you can use https://api.elevenlabs.io/v1/voices to list all the available voices.

## Headers

- `xi-api-key` string, nullable: Your API key. This is required by most endpoints to access our API programmatically. You can view your xi-api-key using the 'Profile' tab on the website.

  - `collection_id` string, required: The ID of the voice collection.
  - `voice_id` string, required: The ID of the voice that was removed.
