# Search pages, legal documents and roadmap entries

`GET /wp/v2/search`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://elementor.com/wp-json`
- URL: `https://elementor.com/wp-json/wp/v2/search`
- Auth: none required

Site-wide keyword search. Results are limited to pages (subtype page), legal documents (subtype legal) and roadmap entries (subtype roadmap). Roadmap entries are only returned when no subtype is given; their URLs lead to the roadmap archive page.

## Query parameters

- `search` string, required
- `page` integer
- `per_page` integer
- `type` 'post' | 'term' | 'post-format'
- `subtype` string

## Response `200`

Matching results

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid request parameters (for example per_page above 100). Typed Error response.
- `default`: Any other error. Typed Error response.
