# Get execution step executions

`GET /api/workflows/executions/{executionId}/steps`

Retrieve a paginated list of step executions for a specific workflow execution. Does not include step input or output; fetch those with GET /api/workflows/executions/{executionId}/step/{stepExecutionId}. If a page exceeds Kibana's response buffer, the handler returns 413.<br/><br/>[Required authorization] Route required privileges: workflowsManagement:read AND workflowsManagement:readExecution. Extended privileges (optional, expand functionality when granted): workflowsManagement:managed:readExecution.

- `executionId` string, required

## Query parameters

- `page` number
- `size` number

## Response `200`

Indicates a successful response.

## Other responses

- `413` — The step page exceeds the response size limit. Request fewer steps per page.
