`GET /api/actions/connector/{connectorId}/oauth/start`

- `302`: Redirects to the identity provider to begin OAuth authorization.
- `400`: Invalid request, such as a disallowed returnUrl.
- `401`: User is not authenticated.
- `404`: Connector not found.
