# Get Email Transport

`GET /v1/email-transport`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.elaan.io` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.elaan.io/v1/email-transport`
- Auth: none declared

## Headers

- `authorization` string, nullable

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- EmailTransportResponse: `provider: "platform"` (all sections null) is the no-config state — a real answer, so GET always returns 200 rather than 404ing the default.
  - `provider` union, required
    - 'platform'
    - 'smtp' | 'ses' | 'sendgrid' | 'mailgun': Which transport a tenant configured. The platform default is deliberately *not* a member: "use the platform" is the absence of a config, never a stored row, so there's exactly one representation of the default state.
  - `from_address` string, nullable, required
  - `from_name` string, nullable, required
  - `smtp` SmtpTransportView
    - `host` string, required
    - `port` integer, required
    - `username` string, required
    - `use_tls` boolean, required
    - `has_password` boolean, required
  - `ses` SesTransportView
    - `access_key_id` string, required
    - `region` string, required
    - `has_secret_access_key` boolean, required
  - `sendgrid` SendGridTransportView
    - `has_api_key` boolean, required
  - `mailgun` MailgunTransportView
    - `domain` string, required
    - `region` 'us' | 'eu', required: Mailgun hosts accounts in one of two regions with different API base URLs. Stored as the region name; the URL mapping is the sending adapter's concern.
    - `has_api_key` boolean, required
  - `updated_at` string, date-time, nullable, required

## Other responses

- `422`: Validation Error
