`GET /v1/deliveries`

## Query parameters

- `channel` 'event' | 'email' | 'push' | 'inbox' | 'web_push', required: Which store to read. `EVENT` is the trigger intake itself — not a delivery channel, but the same question ("what did we send?") one level up, and the parent of the other three.
- `status` string[], nullable: Repeatable. Values are channel-specific; an unknown one is a 422.
- `contact_id` string, nullable
- `external_id` string, nullable: Event channel only — the tenant's own recipient reference.
- `notification_type` string, nullable
- `event_id` string, nullable: All rows produced by one trigger.
- `created_from` string, date-time, nullable
- `created_to` string, date-time, nullable
