# Start a provider OAuth connection

`POST /partner/v1/connectors/connect`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://passport.ego.ist`
- URL: `https://passport.ego.ist/partner/v1/connectors/connect`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

## Request body

- ConnectorConnectRequest
  - `connector` string, required
  - `disclosure_version` string
  - `completion_redirect_uri` string, uri
  - `no_training_attestation_version` string: Required for garmin: the version of the no_training_attestation the user confirmed.

## Response `200`

Provider and optional pass URLs. A granted pass returns to completion_redirect_uri when provided.

- ConnectorConnectResponse
  - `authUrl` string, uri, required
  - `connector` string, required
  - `expires_at` string, date-time, nullable, required
  - `grant_url` string, uri: Hosted pass page. When completion_redirect_uri is provided, a granted pass returns the user to that URL.
  - `grant_url_expires_at` string, date-time

## Other responses

- `400`: Partner API error. Retry behavior depends on the status and error code.
- `401`: Bearer-token error
- `403`: Partner API error. Retry behavior depends on the status and error code.
- `429`: Partner API error. Retry behavior depends on the status and error code.
- `503`: Partner API error. Retry behavior depends on the status and error code.
