`GET /api/apps/download`

## Request

- Base URL: `/exist/apps/tei-publisher` (relative, and the document was published on a file host, not at the API’s origin)
- URL: `/exist/apps/tei-publisher/api/apps/download`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in cookie `teipublisher.com.login`
  - HTTP basic

Package up this application and return it as a `.xar`.

## Response `200`

xar package (zip format) containing the app code
