    - `id` string, required: Receipt identifier (32 hex).
    - `recurso` string, required: Recurso entregue, ex.: `documento/123/markdown`.
    - `documento_id` integer, nullable, required: Documento entregue.
    - `preco_usd` string, required: Charged price: `$0.00` for a sample.
    - `modo` string, required: `gratuito`, `homolog` or `onchain`.
    - `sha256_entregue` string, required: SHA-256 of the delivered markdown, or `nao_entregue`.
    - `bytes` integer, required: Size of what was delivered.
    - `criado_em` string, required: Delivery instant in ISO 8601.
