# IR KPI 検索 (プレビュー)

`GET /ir/kpis/search`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://edinetdb.jp/v1`
- URL: `https://edinetdb.jp/v1/ir/kpis/search`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

中期経営計画 (midterm) + 統合報告書 (integrated) のセクションから抽出した数値KPI を横断検索。
経営目標・業績予想・投資計画・株主還元方針・人的資本KPI・ESG目標 など、定量的な目標値を
kpi_category × period_year_target × value_numeric の組合せで絞り込める。

各 KPI には `value_numeric` + `unit` + `period_year_target` + `source_quote` が付く。
PDF への直接ダウンロードリンクは含まれない。元書類の特定には `edinet_code` + `pdf_type` +
`pdf_title` + `page_start`/`page_end` を使う。企業の IR PDF 一覧の閲覧・ダウンロードは
`/v1/ir/documents` + `/v1/ir/documents/{doc_id}/pdf-url` を別途利用する。

**重要**: プレビュー機能。プレビューが有効な環境でのみ動作。

**抽出ルール**:
- 単年実績数値 (前期売上・OI・EPS) は対象外 (XBRL から取得済 → /v1/companies/{code}/financials)
- 中長期目標値・投資コミット・事業構成事実・非財務 KPI のみが対象
- `value_numeric` は `unit` に書かれた単位のままの値 (例: 「5,400億円」→ 5400.0, unit="億円")。
  下流の正規化はクライアント側で行う

## Response `200`

KPI 一覧。レスポンスフィールドには XBRL 検証結果を含む:
`validation_status` (verified / unverifiable / flagged_*),
`needs_review_priority` (high / medium / low / null),
`validation_detail` (JSON: 比較値・乖離率等),
`validated_at` (ISO 8601)。
priority=medium の KPI は「⚠️ 実績との乖離大」注記付きで表示推奨。
