# 政策保有株式 銘柄別明細

`GET /companies/{code}/cross-shareholdings`

## Request

有価証券報告書「政策保有株式」セクションから銘柄単位で抽出。
rank / issuerName / sharesHeld / bookValue (JPY) / purposeText を返す。

- データ源: XBRL の CurrentYearInstant_Row{N}Member 軸
- ReportingCompany variant のみ（金融持株会社の子会社開示は今後対応予定）
- 時系列: FY2019-2025
- fiscal_year を省略すると抽出済み全年度を fiscalYear 降順で返す（時系列アーカイブ）。明示時は、その年度の有報に当年度末時点の上場銘柄別Rowがある場合だけ返す。明細0件は404（error.details参照）。現行保有の確認は、GET /companies/{code} の latest_fiscal_year を取得して fiscal_year に明示指定し、履歴分析には省略GETを使用する。
- DQ Sentinel rule: issuerName が corporate-form 単体 (㈱/株式会社/(株)/（株）) の XBRL 提出データは serving 側で null に sanitize 済。XBRL 原本値は issuerNameRaw で取得可能（FY2021-2025 で 16 行該当、issuerNameQualityFlag='form_only_in_xbrl'）。 うち復元可能な行は同一 iXBRL 文書の同一セルから銘柄名を復元し、issuerName を埋め issuerNameQualityFlag='form_only_in_xbrl_restored' / issuerNameRestoredMethod / issuerNameRestoredConfidence を付与（外部データではなく公式文書の完全読取、issuerNameRaw は不変）

    - `bookValue` number: 簿価 (JPY 生スケール、百万円ではない)
    - `docID` string: EDINET 書類管理番号
    - `fiscalYear` integer: 提出会社の事業年度
    - `issuerName` string, nullable: 被保有銘柄名 (sanitize 後)。XBRL 提出データで NameOfSecurities タグに corporate-form 単体 (㈱/株式会社/(株)/（株）) しか含まれていない行は null。原値は issuerNameRaw を参照。
    - `issuerNameQualityFlag` 'form_only_in_xbrl' | 'form_only_in_xbrl_restored', nullable: DQ Sentinel が検出した品質フラグ。'form_only_in_xbrl' = 社名前半が NameOfSecurities タグから漏れ corporate-form 単体になっている (issuerName は null)。'form_only_in_xbrl_restored' = 同一 iXBRL 文書の同一セルから銘柄名を復元済み (issuerName は復元値)。null = 正常。
    - `issuerNameRaw` string, nullable: 被保有銘柄名 XBRL 原本値 (sanitize 前、トレーサビリティ用)
    - `issuerNameRestoredConfidence` number, float, nullable: 復元の信頼度 (0.8-1.0)。null = 復元なし。
    - `issuerNameRestoredMethod` 'ixbrl_adjacent_text', nullable: 復元手段。'ixbrl_adjacent_text' = 同一 iXBRL 文書の同一セル全可視テキストから復元。null = 復元なし。
    - `issuerNameSanitizeRule` string, nullable: 適用された DQ Sentinel rule_id + version (例 'cross_shareholdings.issuer_name.form_only_in_xbrl:v1'、復元時は '...:v1+restored_v1_stage1')。null = 該当ルール非適用。
    - `purposeText` string, nullable: 保有目的 (カバレッジ約 17.6%、それ以外は null)
    - `rank` integer: 保有銘柄の開示順位 (Row 番号)
    - `securityCode` string, nullable: 証券コード (名寄せは実装予定。現在は常に null)
    - `sharesHeld` integer: 保有株式数

    - `companyLatestFiscalYear` integer, nullable: Latest annual-financial fiscal year from the company profile; quarters excluded.

## Other responses

- `404`: 未抽出バグを意味しない。指定年度（または全抽出年度）に上場銘柄別Rowがない場合に返る。売却、純投資への区分変更、該当開示なし、非上場保有のみ、または未対応の開示variantがあり得る。
