有価証券報告書「役員の報酬等」セクションの構造化テキスト5要素を返します。
役員の報酬等の方針 (業績連動指標・ESG指標採用含む)、社外役員、1億円超の個別開示、 役員株式報酬制度、監査人報酬の5セクション。
ESG連動報酬の研究、ガバナンス分析、役員報酬ベンチマーク用途。
get_director_compensation (構造化数値) と組合せて利用可能。
カバレッジ: 4,700社超、2015-2026年度提出 (訂正報告書 docTypeCode=130 を含む最新版を採択)。
デフォルトでは各セクション最大5,000文字の要約版。full=true で全文取得。

    - `section` string: セクション名（役員の報酬等、社外役員、個別開示報酬(1億円超)、役員株式報酬制度、監査人報酬）
    - `text` string: セクション本文（full=false時は最大5,000文字、full=true時は全文）

    - `doc_id` string, nullable: 採択された有報の docID (訂正報告書を採択した場合は訂正版の docID)
    - `doc_type_code` string, nullable: 採択された書類の docTypeCode (`120`=有報、`130`=訂正有報)

    - `edinet_filing_url` string, uri, nullable: EDINET原本の閲覧URL (採択された doc_id ベース)
    - `edinet_filing_url_availability` 'available' | 'retention_expired', nullable: edinet_filing_url_note の機械可読 enum 版（2026-07-18追加）。 "available" は保持期間内、"retention_expired" は保持期間切れ推定（9.5年 安全マージン超過、fiscal_year 近似判定）。doc_id が無い場合は null。 判定ロジックは edinet_filing_url_note と共有（二重定義なし）。
    - `edinet_filing_url_note` string, nullable: EDINETは提出書類の閲覧ページを提出から約10年、ローリングウィンドウで 保持します。この書類が保持期間の境界付近/外にある場合のみ非nullで、 edinet_filing_urlがエラーを返す可能性がある旨の注記が入ります （通常はnull）。
    - `edinet_view_url` string, uri, nullable: edinet_filing_url の非破壊companion（2026-07-18追加）。保持期間内は edinet_filing_url と同じ直リンク、保持期間切れ推定時は EDINET 検索トップへ 自動振り分け（Web ダッシュボードと同一ロジック）。証跡・トレーサビリティの キーは常に doc_id + edinet_filing_url — 本フィールドはクリック補助専用で、 引用・証跡目的での参照には使わないでください。
    - `fiscal_year` integer, nullable: リクエストされた年度。省略時は null
    - `fiscal_year_selected` integer, nullable: 実際に採択された年度 (fiscal_year=null 時は最新年度)
    - `full_text_url` string, uri: 全文テキストのWebページURL
    - `note` string: full=false時のみ。全文取得方法の案内 + カバレッジ
    - `sections_count` integer
    - `truncated` boolean: full=false時に少なくとも1セクションが切り詰められたかどうか
