# 他社登場履歴 (統合逆引き)

対象企業 X が他社の EDINET 開示に「どう登場するか」を 1 回で返す統合逆引きビュー。
5 系統を統合: customer (主要販売先として X が登場) / cross_shareholding (政策保有株式として X が保有される) / large_holder (大量保有報告書。inbound=他社が X の 5%超を保有、 outbound=X 自身が他社の 5%超を保有) / subsidiary_affiliate (関係会社の状況で X が 子会社/関連会社/親会社/主要株主等として宣言される) / related_party (関連当事者との取引で X が取引相手として登場)。

既存 tool (get_main_customers 等) は「A 社が誰を開示するか」の順引きだが、本 endpoint は 「誰が X を開示するか」の逆引きを 5 系統横断で 1 回に統合する。

- direction は既定 inbound (他社が X を参照する方向)。outbound (X が他社を保有する方向、 large_holder のみ該当) は明示指定、all で両方。all の場合、meta.summary は appearance_type ごとにさらに direction で分計する (large_holder の inbound/outbound 混算を避けるため)。
- cross_shareholding / customer / related_party の対象解決は正規化名の完全一致のみ。 曖昧・未解決マッチは一切返さない (誤った企業への紐付けを避けるため、Gold 構築時に除外)。
- 本 endpoint は verified なマッチ (target_match_confidence != needs_review) のみを常に 返す。低信頼マッチ (subsidiary_affiliate の法人番号ブリッジ経由で needs_review になった行) を見る opt-in は提供しない。件数の透明性は meta.excluded_low_confidence_count (このフィルタ で隠れている行数) で担保する。
- large_holder は大量保有報告書 (2021-03 以降のみ。金商法27条の28第1項が定める法定公衆縦覧期間 5年により、EDINET が5年経過分を順次削除するため。当社取得経路の制約ではない) が源。
- related_party は現状カバレッジが限定的 (全社で 147 行のみ)。空でも「関連当事者なし」 を意味しない。
- metric_primary / metric_secondary は appearance_type ごとに単位・意味が異なる。 型をまたいで SUM/AVG しない。
