Add a new collaborator to a project owned by an organisation.

## Path parameters

- `organizationId` integer, required

## Request body

- UpdateOrganizationAddCollaboratorRequest
  - `projectId` integer, required: The ID of the project to add the collaborator to.
  - `userId` integer, required: The user ID to add to the project. The user must be an admin of the organization.
