    - `displayCategory` 'classical' | 'tao' | 'developer-preview': Category to display this block in the UI.
    - `publicProjectTierAvailability` 'enterprise-only' | 'all-projects' | 'all-projects-including-whitelabels': For public blocks, this indicates the project tiers for which this block is available.
