# Restore project to version

`POST /api/{projectId}/jobs/restore`

Restore a project to a certain version. This can only applied to a project without data, and will overwrite your impulse and all settings.

## Path parameters

- `projectId` integer, required

## Request body

- RestoreProjectRequest
  - `projectId` integer, required: Source project ID
  - `projectApiKey` string: Source project API key. This can be omitted if authenticating using a JWT token (you need to be a member of the source project).
  - `versionId` integer, required: Source project version ID

## Response `200`

OK

  - `success` boolean, required: Whether the operation succeeded
  - `error` string: Optional error description (set if 'success' was false)
