# Update an Application

`PATCH /v1/app/{app_name}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.edgegap.com`
- URL: `https://api.edgegap.com/v1/app/{app_name}`
- Auth: API key in header `authorization`

Update an application with new information.

## Request body

- ApplicationPatch
  - `name` string: Application name
  - `is_active` boolean: If the application can be deployed
  - `is_telemetry_agent_active` boolean: If the telemetry agent is installed on the versions of this app.
  - `image` string: Image base64 string

## Response `200`

Success

- Application
  - `name` string, required: Application name
  - `is_active` boolean, required: If the application can be deployed
  - `is_telemetry_agent_active` boolean: If the telemetry agent is installed on the versions of this app.
  - `image` string: Image base64 string
  - `create_time` string, required: Creation date
  - `last_updated` string, required: Date of the last update
