# Delete Async Job

`DELETE /v3/universal-ai/async/{job_id}`

## Request

Delete an async job. Users can only delete their own jobs.

A job that is still ``processing`` cannot be deleted (409): it has a charged
provider job in flight that must complete — settling or refunding — first;
hard-deleting it would orphan that charge. Terminal jobs delete normally.
