`POST /api/corporate/v1/companies/by-technologies`

Find companies using the given technologies, ranked by total usage count.

`match=any` (default) → companies using at least one; `match=all` → every one.
Case-insensitive (e.g. "PYTHON" == "Python"). Paginated.

- TechSearchRequest: Find companies using a set of technologies, ranked by usage.
  - `technologies` string[], required: Technology names; case-insensitive
  - `match` 'any' | 'all'
  - `country` string, nullable: Exact country name, e.g. 'United Kingdom' (see /countries)
  - `industry` string, nullable: Exact industry name, e.g. 'Financial Services' (see /industries)
  - `employees_min` integer, nullable: Company size band overlaps [employees_min, employees_max]
  - `employees_max` integer, nullable
  - `exclude_agencies` boolean: Exclude staffing, outsourcing, consulting and agency industries (default true). Ignored when `industry` is set.
