`GET /2024-09/manifests/{manifest_id}`

Retrieve details of a specific manifest.

Required authorization scope: `public.manifest:read`

    - `ref_number` string: Manifest reference number
    - `shipments_count` number: Number of shipments in manifest
    - `document` object: Manifest document
      - `format` 'url': Manifest document format
      - `url` string: Manifest document URL
  - `meta` Meta
    - `request_id` string: An unique ID represent the request.
