# Initiate Allocation

`POST /api/payments/initiate-allocation`

## Request

Initiate allocation payments for a payday.
Receives a list of rules (each with target_id + amount) from the mobile client.
Looks up the linked AllocationTarget for bank details, creates a Finexer
payment for each, and returns consent URLs.
