`GET /api/home/dashboard`

## Request

Aggregated home screen data — single request replaces 14+ individual calls.

Cache states:
  - fresh   → returned as-is                    (`x-cache: HIT`)
  - stale   → returned now, rebuilt behind      (`x-cache: STALE`)
  - missing → rebuilt synchronously             (`x-cache: MISS`)

Pass ?refresh=true to force a synchronous rebuild.
