# Refresh Challenge Progress

`POST /api/challenges/{user_id}/update-progress`

## Request

Recalculate challenge progress from real transaction data.
Auto-completes or fails expired challenges. Awards XP on completion.

- Every time the app opens
- After every transaction sync
- On a daily schedule
