## Request

Return assignable transaction categories with display names and emojis.

The six new codes (tax, travel, cash, debt_repayments,
payments_to_people, childcare_and_education) only for a user with
CLASSIFY_V2; everyone else gets the 19 build 29 knows
(classification/legacy_gate.py).
