# Client Exceptions

`GET /api/adviser/clients/{user_id}/exceptions`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.earmarkiq.app` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.earmarkiq.app/api/adviser/clients/{user_id}/exceptions`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Transactions flagged for adviser review.

category_totals suffices, deliberately: an exception is a prompt to look
at something, and withholding it from a category-totals adviser would
mean the client's own consent level decided whether their adviser
noticed a duplicate charge. The flags name the merchant and amount, which
is the minimum that makes them actionable.
