# Invalidate Pmi Valuation Cache

Clear a known-bad cached PMI valuation for a UPRN.

The PMI cache is global and keyed by UPRN with a 90-day staleness
window, so one implausible estimate is served to every property at
that address until it expires. Clearing it drops affected properties
back to the HPI estimate until PMI is next queried.
