`GET /clientSettings`

## Request

Retrieves settings required to let the client successfully use the API.

  - `httpsBaseUrl` ApiHttpsBaseUrl: Represents base URL to use to do REST API calls over https. This includes the host and port information.
    - `hostname` string, required: Host to connect to do REST API calls
    - `port` integer, required

## Other responses

- `401`: You are not authenticated. Please authenticate and try again.
- `500`: Something went wrong in the server. Please try again.
