The Spreadsheet-to-agent converter: turns a CSV export (`kind`: `shift-report` or `oee`) into an agent input bundle. Free with any account (X-Api-Key or a Bearer session); it is never counted, consumes no Advisor question or Try Pro run, and does not persist data or charge billing. 422 with FastAPI field details for an invalid body.
