# Un-star a dashboard.

`DELETE /v1/me/favorites/{dashboardId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost:8080`
- URL: `http://localhost:8080/v1/me/favorites/{dashboardId}`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in cookie `dvt_session`
  - HTTP bearer

Idempotent. Deletes only the caller's own star. For any non-admin it returns
204 whether or not the dashboard exists or is readable, so the endpoint never
reveals existence and a stale star stays clearable. An admin/owner gets 404
for an id not live in their org.

## Response `204`

Removed (idempotent).

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing, invalid, or expired session.
- `404`: Resource does not exist.
