List all agent folders for the authenticated team.

  - `folders` object[], required: Agent folders owned by the authenticated team
    - `id` string, uuid, required: Unique folder identifier
    - `name` string, required: Folder display name
    - `team_id` string, uuid, required: ID of the team that owns the folder
    - `parent_folder_id` string, uuid, nullable, required: Parent folder ID, or null if this is a root folder
    - `created_at` string, required: ISO 8601 creation timestamp
    - `updated_at` string, required: ISO 8601 last-update timestamp
    - `agent_count` number, required: Number of agents directly inside this folder
    - `subfolder_count` number, required: Number of direct subfolders inside this folder
