# Update manual payment method

`PATCH /api/sites/multiscreen/{site_name}/ecommerce/manual-payment-methods/{id}`

## Request

Updates the manual payment method with the given id. Accepts changes to the display name and HTML description. Returns the updated payment method.

- `id` string, required

  - `name` string, nullable: Display name of the payment method. Omit to leave it unchanged.
  - `description_html` string, nullable: Customer-facing HTML description of the payment method. Sanitized server-side. Omit to leave it unchanged.

  - `id` string: Identifier of the manual payment method. Prefixed with mpm_
  - `name` string: Display name of the payment method.
  - `description_html` string, nullable: Customer-facing HTML description of the payment method.
