# Run a manual refresh

`POST /api/sites/multiscreen/{site_name}/aeo/refresh-runs`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.duda.co`
- URL: `https://api.duda.co/api/sites/multiscreen/{site_name}/aeo/refresh-runs`
- Auth: HTTP basic

Runs every active prompt against every tracked AI model now, in addition to the scheduled runs. The call returns once the run starts; results arrive in the background.

A refresh costs one chat per prompt per model. Get site AEO usage shows the current cost in `current_refresh_run_chats`. The cost counts against both the account's monthly refresh allowance (`refresh_chats` in Get account AEO usage) and the site's own refresh limit.

No Content

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request. The request is malformed or failed validation.
- `401`: Unauthorized. The credentials are missing or invalid.
- `403`: Forbidden. `error_code` is `AccessForbidden`, and `errors[0].code` names the cause: - No code (`errors` is empty): the caller can't access the site. - `AeoPlanNotFound`: the account has no active AEO plan. - `AeoRefreshNotIncluded`: the plan includes no manual refreshes. - `AeoPlanLimitExceeded`: the site has no active prompts or models to refresh. - `AeoAccountRefreshLimitExceeded`: the account's monthly refresh allowance can't cover the run. - `AeoSiteRefreshLimitExceeded`: the site's refresh limit can't cover the run.
- `404`: Not found. `error_code` is `ResourceNotExist`, and `errors[0].code` names the cause: - `AeoProjectNotFound`: the site has no AEO project.
- `429`: Too many requests. The rate limit was exceeded.
