# Get AEO project status

`GET /api/sites/multiscreen/{site_name}/aeo`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.duda.co`
- URL: `https://api.duda.co/api/sites/multiscreen/{site_name}/aeo`
- Auth: HTTP basic

Returns the site's AEO project status and primary market. This endpoint never returns `404`: a site without a project returns `NOT_STARTED`.

| `status` | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| `NOT_STARTED` | The site has no AEO project. |
| `ACTIVATION_STARTED` | Activation is in progress. |
| `ACTIVATION_COMPLETED` | The project is set up and tracking. |
| `ACTIVATION_STALLED` | Activation started before today (UTC) and hasn't completed. |
| `DEACTIVATED` | Tracking is paused. |
| `UNKNOWN` | The status couldn't be retrieved. This is temporary; retry. |

`country_code` is `null` when `status` is `NOT_STARTED` or `UNKNOWN`.

  - `country_code` string, nullable: The project's primary market, as an ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code. `null` when `status` is `NOT_STARTED` or `UNKNOWN`.
  - `status` 'NOT_STARTED' | 'ACTIVATION_STARTED' | 'ACTIVATION_COMPLETED' | 'UNKNOWN' | 'DEACTIVATED' | 'ACTIVATION_STALLED': Status of a site's AEO project. See Get AEO project status.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request. The request is malformed or failed validation.
- `401`: Unauthorized. The credentials are missing or invalid.
- `403`: Forbidden. `error_code` is `AccessForbidden`, and `errors[0].code` names the cause: - No code (`errors` is empty): the caller can't access the site. - `AeoPlanNotFound`: the account has no active AEO plan.
- `429`: Too many requests. The rate limit was exceeded.
